Lawyer / Legal Counsel Job Responsibilities:

• Protecting and representing the legal interests of the company

• Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal expertise on contracts and other legal documents

• Providing legal advice on tax, labor, civil, and commercial law matters

• Conducting correspondence with government authorities, courts, and other entities

• Representing the company in court and legal proceedings

• Monitoring legislative and regulatory updates and informing management

• Preparing and reviewing internal legal documents and policies

• Assessing legal risks and implementing preventive measures

• Organizing internal legal training sessions for employees
