HR / Labor Code Expert Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing HR documentation in accordance with the Labor Code and applicable legislation

  • Managing recruitment, termination, vacation, and other HR processes

  • Drafting and registering employment contracts, and submitting them to electronic government systems

  • Advising on legal matters between employer and employee

  • Preparing internal policies, employee handbooks, and HR-related procedures

  • Handling correspondence with government authorities related to labor relations

  • Monitoring and implementing updates in labor legislation

  • Archiving employee files and maintaining accurate personnel records

  • Supporting the legal automation of HR processes

  • Organizing internal training sessions on labor law and employee rights
